What are the sodium levels in the soup?

Most of our soup varieties average 400-600mg per serving. The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends limiting sodium to less than 2,300 mg a day — or 1,500 mg if you’re age 51 or older. Other companies use salt as a preservative, which is why most canned soup has very high sodium levels. We use natural sea salt in moderation as a spice.
